Employee Welfare

1. Social insurance: Six kinds of insurance covering endowment insurance, maternity insurance, occupational injury insurance, medical insurance unemployment insurance and housing fund insurance  
 
2.  Meal supply: To offer free meals during work periods.
 
3.  Employee dormitory: To provide cozy and air-conditioning employee dormitory.  In addition, recreation facilities, such as basketball court,
library and TV room, are also available in the dormitory zone for employees to use.
 
4.  Establishment of a labor union: A company’s labor was founded at Kunshan Plant in September 2005.  The purpose of it is to improve the relationship between employers and employees, so both of them can all be the winner in teamwork. 
 
5.  Other welfare: To periodically hold annual travels, give festival gifts, conduct health examination, sponsor Moon Festival and Chinese New Year evening parties, sports events, and technics competitions, and distribute winter and summer uniforms.
